In order to shift the balance of power in any system, it is necessary to understand where the gaps in equity lie, and to lay that information out in a way that unquestionably clarifies the need for action.

In this presentation, folks who have conducted recent studies of racial barriers in the music industry describe the processes they undertook, obstacles they faced, and lessons they learned on the road to releasing their findings, and how those reports and studies are leading to actionable, measurable solutions addressing inequity within the music industry.
